Vintage London blue topaz 14k gold filled earrings simulated diamonds 80's vtg

Vintage estate, These are a deep deep dark blue , London blue topaz, tested on a professional gemstone tester, the clear ones are cz or crystal and are super sparkly! The blue stones look black they are so dark! These are gold filled and have lasted all these years, the gold still looks good on them, I am thinking they are 14k gold not filled, I was told filled but they look genuine to me, I am out of tester I will test asap, but selling as filled.
