This Indian skirt is absolutely incredible. handmade. It has embroidery, jewels, tassels, etc. It is vibrant and colorful and pretty heavy. It weighs over 2 lbs. There are a few jewels that need replaced (pictured) but otherwise, in amazing condition. It has a zipper closure on hip and also has drawstring tie above. Handmade so does not have size tag.
