Vintage Long Sleeve Empire Waist Dress

This is a vintage dress purchased at a high end boutique in 1988. It has an empire waist, long sleeves and a-line skirt. The color is a more of a pine green with creme (see close up photo of the print). The dress has two front patch pockets. Welcome to my closet!
