Vintage brand looking good made in the USA Cruz style dress Sleeveless with tie around the back This is new with size tag. 1990s What I find rare and interesting is that the pattern on the dress of lighthouses and palm trees is actually upside down please see the photos. Which makes this a very interesting piece. Size is 1X 22 inches pit to pit 41 inches long
