Vintage Looks to be a Linda Randall Santa signed and numbered

This I believe is a vintage Linda Randall from 1991 The signature is very faded along with the date but it is numbered 164 I am comparing it to what I find using my google lens Please see all pictures No returns In good vintage condition Santas coat made of vintage quilts and trimmed with fur One tiny spot on the back of the left shoulder I will show it in the last picture Sold as is Santa is 21 inches tall From the side of his arm to the other side of his arm is approximately 13 inches wide
