Vintage Lord and Taylor yellow plaid skirt 10

Adorable vintage skirt from Lord & Taylor Made in the USA 100% cotton Lemon yellow and white plaid with flower print. Size on the tag is 10, but probably more of a 6/8. 13" flat waist (26") The fabric is crisp and feels new, but there are 3 small spots (1/16") on the back near the waist band (pictured). Belt loops on the waist band
