Very well used please see the photos. The bottom had to be reconnected once already. Hoping to find someone who likes to refurbish or reuse these bags as I’m not sure how much life it has in it. I bought this on Etsy many years ago.

classee321 Hi! Are the straps well attached to the bag or is the leather weak in that area and straps will likely need to be replaced soon? If that made sense. Thank you!

beckycaseyl @classee321 yes, makes total sense. The straps are still secure to the bag, they attach on the body of the bag about a half an inch down from the wear you can see on the edges. I can post more photos if you need

classee321 @beckycaseyl I love to purchase these types of bags. I’m always up for a project bag that I can bring back to life and add to my collection. This one definitely needs help though. And I do worry about the bottom coming apart.

beckycaseyl @classee321 I wish I was able to let you see it and decide for yourself! The bottom probably is the part I’d worry about most. If you could do some cute stitching that would be perfect.

classee321 @beckycaseyl Me too! I did see a similar bucket bag on another site. There was fringe weaved across the entire opening of the bag and the entire bottom. Weaving some sort of leather “fringe” through the bottom might help get it attached. Sorry, I don’t know how to explain it only that it might work!
