This is a luxury Vintage 1999 eveningwear sleeveless fully lined blouse. It was only worn once then stored in a crate in a non smoking home. No rips, no tears, no damage. It measures 21 1/2 inches or 43 inches around. Approximately 22 inches long from neck. The back is supposed to sit low and the front is ruched. Satin luxury 💗
