Vintage M. Berne Womans Green Straw Hat with Black Velvet Bow 1950s OSFA. no size tag, diameter of hat opening is 9" Original vintage. Very good condition. It does appear that the green accent bow was originally glued down to the black velvet bow. This could be reglued or left as is.
