Beautiful Vtg Skirt. No tags. The outer material is a heavy Tapestry material with a lining on the inside. Great condition. Measurements- -The highest part of the waist is 13 inches wide, measured across the front only. -About 5 inches down from the top part of the waist, measures 17.5 inches. measured across the front only and while laying flat. -The entire length down the side of the skirt is 42 inches -The length down the backside, starting at the button is 41.5 inches long
