She is made over a cone shape material that feels sturdier than cardboard to me. Her arms appear to be wire covered with yarn. Her candle is a pipe cleaner. The wings are a sheer material and do have some damage on the left wing where holes are visible in the back layer. There is also what appears to be a bit of a tag on the left wing.
