Vintage MCM ceramic hanging globe pendant lamp with bamboo cut out pattern

One of a kind small ceramic mid century modern hanging globe light with melted plastic "popcorn" filling the front bamboo design and all over circle cut out pattern. probably this was a handmade craft using the melted plastic pellets popular during the era. The ceramic globe is glazed in a variegated dark olive green that highlights the edges of the cut out openings. There is a small piece of electrical tape around the cord about 25" up from the plug, which indicates there may be a repair to the electrical cord, but it works as is. Uses a standard size base bulb. The bottom opening is small, 3" across, so a bulb holder may be needed to insert the bulb. Measurements: 22.5" circumference 7.16" diameter 19-1/2" chain 29-1/4" drop from ceiling 10' cord Please look carefully at all pics. There is some tarnish on the metal and the top metal chain loop has been pinched closed. Overall great vintage condition with no cracks or scratches in the ceramic.
