Vintage MODI Beaded Vest w Fringe NWT

This is a very unique hand made vest with lots of detail in the flower embroidery and beading. I am not sure if it is made of real or faux suede and silk. I did some research and many of them were real suede and silk. Color is blue, back is black with a tie. Front has 3 beaded pearl snap closures. Bead work connects the fringe to the vest too!! Extra beads included. Measurements pictured approximate. My mother-in-law said she paid $145, new from a boutique in New Mexico.
