Vintage Madame Alexander 14" Sleeping Beauty Doll #1595, Gold Dress, Vintage

This is a vintage 14" Madame Alexander Sleeping Beauty doll, with blonde hair, gold eyes, and light complexion. The doll is made of plastic and comes in an original, handmade gold dress. It is an original, licensed reproduction and is part of the Madame Alexander Dolls character family. The set includes the doll and it comes with stand. The dress is spectacular! The overskirt is yellow netting covered with dots of gold glitter and trimmed with ruffles and sequins, over a yellow taffeta skirt. Underneath there is a yellow petticoat trimmed with ruffles; she has yellow pantalets, silk stockings, and gold slippers. Her golden tiara sparkles with sequins. There are some tiny age spots on the taffeta skirt, but you cannot see them because of the overskirt. I am so impressed with the details of the clothing and the luxurious appearance of this doll. Sleeping Beauty would enhance any doll collection.
