Vintage Madame Alexander Doll Little Women "JO" In Box 1981 This 8" Madame Alexander Doll MEG 414 is a representation of Jo from Louisa May Alcott's Little Women. The doll has dark brown eyes and hair (pulled back in a chignon with a red ribbon) and wears a garnet red cotton dress with a white eyelet apron and "ruby" brooch. Beneath her skirt, she has a white slip with crinoline, white pantaloons with lace, white knit socks, and velvety black Mary Jane shoes. She still has her original tag (Alexander-kins Jo), which is attached to the back of her apron, and the 1981 Madame Alexander doll booklet hanging from her wrist.
