Vintage Malhini Hawaii Floral Maxi Dress Rare

Excellent condition!! There are two minor flaws: a small section on the bottom hem where it’s frayed that could easily be fixed, also a run in the dress that isn’t noticeable while wearing(see photos). Colorful Hawaiian floral sheer overlay with a pale yellow lining/underskirt. It’s tag size 8 but being vintage, runs small and fits more like a 2-4.
