Vintage Mantessa Made in Italy Genuine Leather & Suede with Snakeskin Patches, Crossbody Clutch Purse Shoulder Bag. Gold Tone Chain Strap 17.5" drop. 10.5" x 8". There is a slip pocket with a snap closure, and a zip pocket inside. It is in nice condition but there are a few scratches on the patches (see photos) and a very small amount wear on the back. The inside and the pockets are clean.
