Vintage Marbled Bead German Necklace & Unique Metal Bracelet

Vintage curated jewelry lot. Unique lightweight twisted strands of bakelite ? bead necklace created to resemble marbled brown butterscotch wood grain. This has not been authenticated Bakelite. Necklace is signed WESTERN GERMANY. Beautiful vintage mixed metal artisan bracelet with a pale yellow green stone center. I’m not sure if this is a polished semi precious stone Prehnite type rock or just colored glass? Bracelet is unsigned and has a couple areas of metal wear.
