Vintage Mark Shale pleated skirt

Vintage 1990's Mark Shale pleated skirt. Small tweed print in black and grey. Size 8. Made in USA. Buttons up the side. There are no fabric tags but seems like it could be a silk/wool mix. Fully lined. Sits as waist. Exterior of skirt is in perfect condition with no signs of wear but lining has several stains as a result of rubbing against the inspection sticker that was never removed (see last photo). Approximate measurements: waist while lying flat = 12.5" and length = 24".
