Vintage Marmika by Fitz long womens coat made in USA

Long brown women’s vintage coat , has a darker brown collar . Does say size 10 but it runs a bit smaller , measurements for chest are in pictures . I do have matching belt , both side loops are detached from the bottom as well as the tag by the collar is removed and there’s a rip . I can fix but sometimes vintage items are left better alone . Please inspect all pictures. thank you .
