Vintage Marsala Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace

Vintage Marsala Jewelry necklace with a swirled/textured knot pendant sporting a light blue stone in a three-prong setting. I've been unable to find another like it, so I can't tell you if that's a gemstone or glass. Regardless, newer Marsala pieces are plated, but both pendant and delicate link chain are stamped 925 (sterling) along with the brand mark (MC). Chain is 18" long with safety clasp. Pendant measures approximately .5" x .5". Simply gorgeous piece in pristine condition.
