Marsha Marsha Marsha! She would rock this skirt and so can you! No tags so brand unknown,maybe homemade? If so,very nicely sewn. Made of heavy woven yarn material, almost like a rug lol. Has a draw string waist. Vertical seam down back. Measures 34 inches around waist at full stretch, drawstring allows for a smaller fit if needed. Length is 23 inches.
