This hand-turned piece of Marshall Texas Pottery stoneware is an adorable short round creamer (holds 12 oz) in a beige color and featuring the blue star pattern. Note signature on bottom of the potter himself, Jesus Yoyola. Time of production is estimated as mid to late 1990’s. Made in Marshall, Texas.
The stoneware material gives it a glossy finish and a handmade touch. Since this is stoneware, the underneath is rough and could possibly scratch your table tops and countertops.
The creamer measures approximately 4 3/4” inches from spout to handle’s edge; and a height of 3 1/2 inches, making it a perfect addition to your collection of this iconic Blue Star pattern by Marshall Pottery!
It holds approximately 12 ounces of liquid. I just realized that this is a perfect size for a “batter” pitcher! It also would make a great little vase for short stemmed flowers!
**Please Note** This is in great pre-owned condition, with only has a tiny bit of crazing on each side of the handle (see photos). Did you know that crazing is caused by "thermal shock"? Never place hot liquid in a cold piece of stoneware. Best if you allow for the gradual heating and cooling of your stoneware piece.
Smoke-free and pet-free home.
