Triple layer of ruffles alternating red w/white polka dots and white w/red polka dots for skirt, lace trimmed V-neck to waist collar coordinated with sleeve cuffs and bow in back, heart-shaped buttons, ruffled lining, and signature bell. Can add another petticoat for extra fulness or wear without.
