Vintage Martha's Miniatures Light Blue Polka-dot Dress Girls Size 10

This is a darling vintage dress from the 1980's! The size tag is missing, but it measures a size 10. The chest measures 13" pit to pit so 26" around. The waist measures 24" around. The length is 30". The dress is in very nice condition. No stains, tears, etc. The little bell is bent on one side. If I can locate another bell in all of my craft items, I will replace it. Thank you!
