Vintage Martha’s Miniatures We’re Fussy party dress. The dress is a burgundy 100% cotton velvet with pink satin trim. The quality is amazing and it is very well constructed. The dress has long sleeves and a double layered collar. It has an attached belt that ties in a bow at the back. The skirt has 3 layers of ruffles with a cotton underskirt that has an attached jingle bell. It has heart shaped buttons in the back. Truly a unique, heirloom piece for your little girl! The dress is in good vintage condition. It is dusty from storage and there are a few little spots and rub marks in the fabric that might come out with proper laundering. The previous owner had attached a flower at the waist with a safety pin, so there are two pinholes in the waistband. Size 1T Measurements Armpit to armpit- 11.5 inches Length- 14 inches
