No major condition issues. 100% polyester dress 50% polyester, 50% cotton collar/liner/slip Style 3713A 3 green heart shaped buttons at the back Ties at the back Several layers of ruffles and lace on the skirt portion Pearl-like accents at the cuffs and on the chest/back Original bow is intact on the liner/slip. No bell. A white ribbon bow with red floral accents is attached at the center of the chest with a safety pin. Size T3. Measurements are approximate as I am not a seamstress. Taken across the front while lying flat. Chest- 11 inches, underarm to underarm Waist area- 11 inches Length- 18 inches, from the back/middle of the collar to the bottom hem Sleeve-  9.5 inches; from underarm to cuff Thank you for looking today :)
