An adorable vintage Martha’s Miniatures ruffled pageant dress in a pale yellow with white flocked Swiss polka dots. Bloomers included. Signature bell is missing but white bow is attached to dress lining. Buttoned back closure. Elastic in sleeves is stretched out and may need to be replaced. Elastic on bloomers is in good shape.
