Vintage Mary Kay crystal and silver necklace

I believe this was a Mary Kay director piece. 16 inch silver necklace with ring clasp and room for adjusting. The colors are blue, yellow, clear, blue, pink. They may be gemstones or just look like gems. Because this was a gift, I don’t have any more specifics. It is absolutely gorgeous!
