Vintage Max Studio Black Tulle and Sequin Ruched Dress Sz L

Gorgeous 1990s true black lace and tulle dress with sequin details on the skirt. V-neck front and back, criss crossed at V bottom, empire fitted bust, puckering. Attached is a non sheer slip. The shoulder seam is 5 inches, 17 inch bust from arm hole to the other arm hole, 15.5 across the bottom of the bust line, overall length is approximately 39 inches, and  30.5  inches from the bottom of the V to the end.
