Incredible vintage tall hat, like a top hat, with black velvet ribbon and bow and large pink flower. Kept in great care in original box. The hat looks brand new, though it is vintage. Lightweight and very much a statement maker. Interior measurement: 21.5” Hat height: 6 3/4”
