Vintage Mayan Silk Blues Greens Purple Black Huipil Textile Top from Guatemala

Hand woven on a backstrap loom, then embroidered, this piece is in good used condition for it’s age. From a small indigenous community in the mountains of Guatemala. Looks boho chic worn with high waisted jeans and a tank top underneath. Or hang it on the wall as an art piece - a real conversation piece! This piece is quite rare as the embroidery is silk.
