Vintage McCalls 70s Dress or Smock & Pants 3451 Sz 12 Bust 34 Boho Top Blouse

I can't decide which outfit I like best! I think I am partial towards the dress, which would fit in nicely with todays styles. McCall's 3451; Misses; Dress or Smock and Pants. Dress or smock has lined yokes, buttoned back vent, elastic in sleeve casings. Tie belt A, B is stitched over gathered front. Pants have left side zipper. Size: 12 (Vintage Sizing) Bust: 34 Waist: 26 1/2 Hip: 36 Copyright: 1972 Pattern is: Cut and complete Envelope condition: Good. Edges and corners show wear. Small hole in the red pants illustration. Top flap is missing.
