Vintage Medium 80's Red Dress with White Polka Dots Ruffles Secretary Prairie

DESCRIPTION: This is a gorgeous vintage secretary dress from the 80s. It has a high, ruffled neck and ruffled details on the chest, and has little white polka dots. The side buttons on the left side of the chest make for easy dressing or even breast feeding. I wore this dress for a cosplay of Pearl from the Ti West horror movie. There is a removable tie for the waist in the same polka dot fabric. The waist is also elastic! Quarter length sleeves with white buttons.
