@gtlewis sleeve measured 24.5 fro top, outside of sleeve inseam to bottom of sleeve. Not sure how to measure chest or shoulders.

@lizpweingart Thanks a ton! Chest would be under the arms from pit to pit, shoulder would be from one shoulder seam to the other across the top of the back. And the overall suit length would be on the back, from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the jacket.
