Hand made (I think) Long sleeve peplum top. Stretch waist pencil skirt. Skirt is velvet. Belt is adjustable. Metallic. Jewel tones. Gold hardware on belt. Shoulder pads. No size tag. Fits like a size small (approximately a 6). See measurements below. Model is 5'7" Gently used condition. Flaw in velvet skirt that is not noticeable. Measurements are taken flat and are approximate: 13.5 inch waist stretches to 17 inches 19.5 inch hips 23.5 inch length Top 18 inch armpit to armpit 13 inch waist 26 inch length
