Vintage Mexican Floral Embroidered House Dress M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @frenchlc. This is a vintage embroidered Mexican dress. There are no tags, but based on measurements, I'd say it's a size medium. Check measurements below to insure best fit. No material content tags, but likely a cotton blend. This dress has general overall wear from use with some noted flaws. There are a few grease stains on the front of the dress. I didn't notice them until I was photographing and I tried to point them out in photos. There is some light pilling under the arms and and the side seams have started to rip. The embroidery is intact.
