Vintage Mexico Sterling Silver & Goldstone Petite Ring

This delicate sterling and goldstone ring is stamped Mexico, along with other unidentifiable marks. The silver work has some waves and bends in it, likely due to its age and use. It is a size 4 3/4, approximately. See pictures. Questions welcome. From a smoke free home.
