vintage Michael K sheer top v neck with butterfly type ruffle sleeves....polyester...body is lined sleeves are not...made in the USA....the tag does say 3XL but this is clearly much smaller...since this is vintage see the measurements to decide if this will fit you. 22" pit to pit and 29" center back length
