The leather is buttery soft, with one imperfection (see photos). Call Outs: 1) The handles are usable as-is, but should be replaced by a cobbler. 2) The studs/buckle are worn, but at a distance, it isn’t that noticeable. Almost a shabby chic vibe. 3) The interior linings are stained. As I said, you can wear this bag as-is, or make it a project bag. Given the condition of the hardware, the leather was well cared for - no cracking, peeling, or rub areas. Don’t be shy to make a reasonable offer 🙂
