This is a beautiful belt by Michael Morrisey MX probably from the 1960s or 1970s. It is heavy black leather with turquoise colored accents in brass bezel settings. The buckle is also brass and has a mark (signature?) on the back. I purchased this along with a white one that is almost identical at an antique shop on Minneapolis in the 1990s. The label is barely there but the quality is unmistakable. I would say that it is in very good vintage condition and can be worn by either Men or Women. I found one small spot that I have in the sixth photo. Please refer to measurements below to ensure proper fit.
