Vintage Michael Simon Light Women's Christmas Red Velvet Skirt Size S Maxi Party

This is a gently worn maxi skirt from Michael Simon Light, in what I am estimating to be a women's size small. The skirt is in very good condition, with no holes or stains. There is a tank top that goes with it, but the top is a bit lighter in color--probably from being washed more often. So, I would wear these separately. There is no size tag on the skirt, but the top is a size small, so perhaps the skirt is as well--please check measurements. The skirt is 35 inches long. Maxi length, depending on your height--please check length against your other skirts. The waist measures 14 inches across, lying flat. When the elastic is stretched, it measures up to 17 inches across. The top has a measurement of 20 inches across, from pit to pit. The top's length is 21 inches--a bit short.
