Adorable 80s-90s vintage girls top by Michelle Lynn, made in the USA. Bodice is white lace and is lined, has a super cute sweetheart neckline. Body of shirt is a sweet rainbow pastel plaid. Has rainbow metallic accent stripe. Back is smocked, I will say smocking has lost some of its elasticity. Very lightweight poly cotton blend. Shoulder to hem measures 19” pit to pit 12.5”. Shirt is in VGUC because of the smocking. No holes or stains noted. Pet and smoke free home.
