Vintage Michelle Stuart Petites women’s dress approx size 6-8 black

Please read all my notes on sizing and condition. This is a super cute black vintage dress by the brand Michelle Stuart petites. Dress us from the 1990 with a 1980s vibe. Only worn once to a wedding in the late 1990s or maybe 2000 and being sold by the original owner. No size is listed on the garment but measurements while laying flat are as follows: 19” arm pit to arm pit 15.5” at waist 16” at top of skirt 26” from top of zipper to bottom of skirt I believe it would be best for a size 6-8 but has some flexibility. When I hold up a size 8 dress to it it is slightly smaller than that size 8 dress. It is supposed to be a petite but also could be worn as a mini dress by a taller person and would look super cute. Has original shoulder pads! No major damage, one tiny pin prick hole on the hip (see photo) probably from the original tag.
