Vintage "Michelle of Miami" dress xs petite

Probably 1960s. Super cute collar and blue bias trim. Pleated skirt. Very lightweight material, definitely has synthetic content. 28" waist 37" length 13.5" from shoulder to waist seam (this labelled "petite") Good vintage condition with minor pilling and minor fading on the blue bias binding. I reinforced some if the seams when I first got this.
