Toby for Young Hawaii by Liberty House 1960’s Prairie style heart maxi smock dress. Features- Sleevless tank style Ruffle collar Pleated along chest and waits Empire style waist Zipper closure at back Lined Has loop holes but does not include a belt. I prefer it without a belt but can style with one if you prefer. There is no size tag. It fits me and I am 5’4 (125lbs). Seems to fit like a small/medium.
