Vintage Mid Century Sterling Silver Hair Barrette - Engraved Janie

Dating to the 1950s/1960s or so, here's a Sterling Silver hair barrette featuring the engraved name JANIE to the front. Length is 2-1/2"; width is just under 3/4". Weight is 8.4 grams. Condition is very nice though the silver does need a bit more polishing - the barrette was completely black with tarnish when found.
