90's Vintage 100% cotton Drawstring waist This skirt is in excellent, vintage, pre-owned condition. The fabric is sturdy, clean, and there are no stains. All of the stitching at the waist and hemline are in excellent condition. There are side slits of about 4.5 inches on each side of the skirt-- the stitching at the top of each slit is ever-so-slightly frayed upon very close inspection. I would be happy to provide a photo by request. The size is tagged Medium The waist measurement laying flat is about 16.5 inches.
