Vintage Military World War 2 Navy Dress Blue Uniform Commissary Steward

Excellent condition, no size tag but seems to fit like a small. Armpit to armpit 18” Length 24” I can’t promise you this is correct but I believe this is from World War 2 and is a 3rd class petty officer winter dress blue uniform commissary steward.
