Vintage Ming Dress or Cover up

I bought this dress by Ming International at Macy’s in the 90s and have worn it both as a dress and as a cover up. It’s rather sheer fabric so consider that. The shoulders and bodice are made of interlocking ribbon in three large rows and the balance of the dress is lightweight tee shirt like fabric. I remember that I thought I paid way too much but I loved it. It measures 19.5”19”20.5” and it’s 35” long. So cool.
